Physical and Technical Infrastructure

Goal 1: Improvement of the physical space of the Center

Purpose: Moving the Center to an independent area physically, ensuring sustainability in its activities by becoming visible, in this context, 800 m2 R&D building, which is in compliance with NATO Security Standards and has facility security with "NATO Confidential" confidentiality degree, and "National Confidential" facility security, It aims to build a 250m2 test and analysis facility.

Goal 2: Establishment of Virtual/Augmented Reality Lab

Purpose: Virtual architectural tours with the virtual reality laboratory, Evaluation of engineering and industrial designs, Education against dangerous situations and scenarios, Ergonomics tests, Virtual reconstruction of archaeological sites, Medical practice and surgery simulations, and many applications.

Goal 3: Machining Unit

Purpose: General leveling (optional color and visual applications of prototypes, primer, putty, and paint process) needed after additive manufacturing with CNC and NC controlled benches that will make the machining required by the Center (Foam, Al, MDF, HDF, etc.) It is aimed to establish a facility that includes equipment.

Academic Goals

Goal 4: Network of Design Centers

Purpose: To establish a cooperation platform to ensure the coordination of the design centers in our country.

Goal 5: Gazi University Design Magazine

Purpose: To publish a peer-reviewed academic journal with the aim of the AHCI index in 4 years.

Goal 5: National Congress

Purpose: To organize a National Design-Management-Economy Congress.

Human Resources

Goal 6: Specialist / Part-time Staff

Purpose: It is aimed to employ 2 experts and 3 part-time designers in the Center.

Financing

Goal 7: Increasing Revolving Funds Revenues
